Ready to get a Will or Trust in place? Our Peace of Mind Planning Session is for you! Gain control over what happens to your life should you become incapacitated, and/or what happens to your properties and assets once you are no longer here. Together we'll make a plan that meets your unique needs and goals. With our expert guidance, you'll gain the clarity and confidence you need to make informed decisions on building a brighter future for you and your family. This is a legal tax and planning session where you can learn more about how to protect your family and assets with an estate plan. Here's what will happen: You'll share your goals and objectives. I will explain your options and our estate planning packages and unique flat fee pricing. If we decide we are a good fit to work together, we'll discuss next steps (and if not, that's fine too!). REQUIREMENTS FOR BOOKING: If you are married, both spouses must be in attendance. This is to make the best use of our time together. You will be asked to complete an online questionnaire before our session. This is so we can properly advise you. Session is available to residents of Texas only. If any of the above conditions are not met, we ask that you kindly reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Please note that if you cancel, you will be responsible for the payment processing fee. The amount that will be refunded will be the amount of the consultation, minus the processing fee.
